Terms of Service
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and AtHomesoft, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we", "us"), which operates GamePoint. They cover our website, the waitlist and the GamePoint app (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to ourPrivacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Who can use GamePoint
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you need your parent or guardian's permission. If you use GamePoint for a club, league, school or other organization, you confirm that you're allowed to agree to these terms on its behalf.
Your account
Give us accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at hello@gamepointapp.com if you think someone else has used it.
Organizers, captains and players
- GamePoint is a tool for running sports events. We don't organize, host or supervise any event, and we aren't responsible for venues, schedules, officiating, results, safety, or the conduct of anyone taking part. Organizers are responsible for running their events, including any waivers, insurance, permits and rules they need.
- Taking part in sports carries a risk of injury. You take part in any event at your own risk and judgment.
- If you add other people to a team or event, you confirm that you have their permission, and for anyone under 18, their parent or guardian's permission, to share their name with the organizer and other participants.
- Tournament pages are public. Don't put anything in a tournament's name, description or team names that you wouldn't want anyone to see.
Entry fees and payments
- Today, any entry fee is paid directly between participants and the organizer, outside GamePoint. Organizers can record in GamePoint whether an entry has paid. We aren't a party to those payments, and refunds of entry fees are up to the organizer.
- When card payments become available, they'll be processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. Platform fees will be shown on our pricing page and before an organizer turns payments on. Participants never pay GamePoint to register.
- Paid plans and passes are charged at the price shown when you buy. An Event Pass is refunded in full if the tournament is cancelled before anyone registers; once the first registration arrives, it is not refundable. Taxes may be added where required.
Your content
You own what you put into GamePoint, such as tournament details, team names and results. You give us permission to store, display and process that content to provide the Service, including showing tournament details publicly as described above. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for legal reasons or that others have already shared.
Acceptable use
Don't use GamePoint to:
- break the law or violate anyone's rights, including their privacy;
- post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit or misleading;
- send spam, or collect other users' information without their permission;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection to a team, club or organization;
- access the Service in ways we don't offer, overload or disrupt it, or try to get around its security or limits;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service.
Our service
We're always improving GamePoint, so features may change, and features marked "coming soon" may change before they launch. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk. You can stop using GamePoint at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing us.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that schedules, scores or other information in it will always be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, or for injuries or losses arising from any event organized or played using GamePoint. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
If you organize an event or post content on GamePoint, you agree to defend and compensate us for claims, losses and costs arising from that event, that content, or your breach of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you and we both agree to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page and update the date above, and we'll email account holders about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use GamePoint after that means you accept the updated terms.
Other terms
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. You can't transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of our business. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
